He strives to blow away each guest, every time by delivering excellent customer service each day. His marketing experience coupled with his superb work ethic plays a vital role in the success of our player development team. His dedication and passion for superior guest service are second to none.

JOHN GOLLMER

After serving for 7 years in the US Navy, John received his honorable discharge from where he was stationed in Groton CT. Shortly after that, Mohegan Sun opened and John took a job doing Security. 8 months later he became a Table Games Dealer and moved up in that department. In March of 2010, John transferred to Mohegan Sun Pocono where he taught a variety of core Table Games. John then went on to become a Table Games Shift Manager for the past 9 years, and has since transitioned to become a Player Development Executive. John has been with Mohegan Sun for over 23 years and has taken great pride in his Guests Service skills. John is a loyal Buffalo Bills fan and loves spending time with his family.

Kevin started at Mohegan Sun Pocono in June of 2013 in the Security Department for a brief 9 months. Transferred to VIP Services in March of 2014 for 5+ years where he learned a lot about the casino. Then, was given the opportunity to become a Casino Host so he could not only further his career, but also help guests on a more personal level. Kevin is a big sports fan, and played many in his younger years, and went on to be a baseball umpire and referee. Kevin loves to spend time with his family and play Golf in his spare time.
